DOCUMENTS
Every PDF of the project in one place
Each file here is either a standalone publication or a print copy of a site section. Language, page count, size and date are given for every one, so that a reference can point to a specific edition rather than to "the website".
The book
Every section of the site in one file: clickable contents, reader bookmarks, and at the end of each chapter a list of the sources and documents its text refers to. Built from the same texts as the site, as of the date on the cover.
Memoranda and essays
Standalone documents written to be read in full rather than as copies of pages. Each exists in three language editions; their length differs because line lengths differ across languages.

Programme documents
Working papers of the standardisation track. Russian only: these are papers for Russian procedures, and translating them would be an imitation.
Explanatory note to the standardisation proposal
Draft note accompanying the proposal to include the topic in the National Standardisation Programme via Technical Committee 465 "Construction". Edition of 27 August 2026, before the official forms were received.

Print versions of sections
Built automatically from the page text on every site build, so they match it word for word. Interactive elements, maps and photographs are not included. Suitable for offline reading and for citing a dated edition.
How this works
Print versions are generated from the same texts that search engines and language models read (the Markdown mirrors). The date on the cover is the date of the last substantive change to the text; the date in this table is the file date. Where they differ, the cover is right. The full machine-readable list of PDFs is in sitemap.xml and llms.txt.
